  • We also have access to developers seeking to sell bulk units off plan in Asia at a discount
  • Areas where residential values are below £1,000 per sq. ft. are of interest as that appeals to both the domestic and overseas market. Areas such as Balham, Kings Cross, Docklands, Chiswick and Hayes are attracting greater focus
